Scenic Solutions provided scenic fabrication for a regional production of Priscilla Queen of the Desert – The Musical, a dazzling, dance-fueled celebration of self-expression, identity, and friendship. The set needed to reflect the show’s vibrant spirit, over-the-top aesthetic, and high-octane energy—while supporting fast-paced transitions and dynamic staging.
Building a Scenic World as Fabulous as the Story
The Iconic Bus and Beyond
At the heart of the show is Priscilla, the tour bus that carries the central characters across the Australian outback. Scenic Solutions recreated this iconic element with functionality and flair:
