Today we’re celebrating Chad Engleman’s Scenic Solutions anniversary. Chad is our Director of Operations. He developed his attention to detail and ability to focus while working for various entertainment-oriented companies in Cincinnati including Cincinnati Opera, Ensemble Theatre of Cincinnati, and Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park. Chad studied technical theatre and design at the University of Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music. Chad tells us, “The most important thing I’ve learned over the years is to surround yourself with a trusted and dependable group of colleagues and staff members.” As a leader, Chad is skilled at balancing between multiple viewpoints. In addition to the work he does for Scenic Solutions, he also serves on the Finneytown Board of Education. “Giving back to my village, my community, is important to me,” he told us. Chad’s dry humor and dead-pan delivery can defuse any tense situation. He is an asset to any job, and we are so proud that he chooses to work for Scenic Solutions.
