Modernizing a High School Auditorium Lighting System
Scenic Solutions partnered with Anthony Wayne Local Schools to modernize the lighting systems within the Anthony Wayne High School Auditorium in Whitehouse, Ohio.
The project included replacing the existing stage lighting and house lighting systems with modern LED fixtures, updated lighting controls, and a new architectural lighting control system designed to improve performance, efficiency, and operational flexibility.
Complete Stage and House Lighting System Upgrades
Stage Lighting Modernization
The existing stage lighting system was removed and replaced with a modern LED-based theatrical lighting system that provides improved versatility while reducing energy consumption and maintenance requirements.
- Removed the original stage lighting fixtures, controls, and dimming equipment.
- Installed one ETC Ion Xe 20 lighting console.
- Installed 28 ETC ColorSource Spot V fixtures.
- Installed 10 ETC ColorSource PAR Jr fixtures.
- Installed 7 ETC ColorSource Spot Jr fixtures.
- Installed 21 ETC ColorSource Fresnel V fixtures.
- Added 2 Canto Aurora Followspots.
- Added 2 ETC High End Lonestar fixtures to expand stage lighting capabilities.
Architectural House Lighting Controls
The house lighting system received a complete control upgrade centered around the ETC Paradigm Architectural Control System.
- Installed one ETC Paradigm Architectural Control Processor.
- Installed one ETC Paradigm Station Power Module.
- Installed six ETC Paradigm Inspire Button Stations.
- Installed two 7-inch ETC Paradigm wall-mounted touchscreens to provide improved control from multiple locations throughout the auditorium.

Transition to Modern LED Technology
The project replaced incandescent stage lighting fixtures with modern LED fixtures, providing several operational advantages.
